Domestic Shipping.

Standard

  • Delivery usually within 5-7 business days of ship date.

  • Shipping is calculated based on distance. 

Priority

  • Delivery usually within 2-3 business days of ship date.

  • Orders placed by 12:00pm (ET) Mon-Fri are processed to be shipped out day.

  • Calculated by shipping company based on distance

  • Please note: This shipping method may be unavailable due to order volume.

Express

  • Expect delivery 1-2 business days after ship date.

  • Orders placed by 12:00pm (ET) Mon-Fri are processed to be shipped out same day.

  • Calculated by shipping company based on distance

  • Please note: This shipping method may be unavailable due to order volume.


International Shipping

  • Delivery times vary based on recipient country and customs regulations.

  • Please be aware that at this time Aurora does not cover duties, taxes, or other fees associated with international shipments. Those fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.


Processing Times

Order processing and shipping times may be impacted by high order volume and/or shipping carrier constraints. Be sure to check your order confirmation email for the expected delivery window.

When you receive your shipping confirmation email with the tracking number, please allow for up to 3 business days for that to update in the carrier's system.

In some cases, your order may be sent in multiple shipments. Each shipment will be sent with a unique tracking number that will be emailed to you once the order has been fully processed.
